Ingredients
- 4 mature khakis
- 100 grams chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 100 gramosde sugar
- 2 gelatine spoonfuls in dust

To beat three egg yolks with the sugar and next to set in a ladle to the bain-marie. To add the pulp of the khakis and 2 water glasses. To remove the content until it begins to thicken. To add the chocolate to bits and to remove until it dissolves. To do the gelatine as the instructions of the packing. Next to add the gelatine to the ladle and to separate of the fire. When it should cool down a little, to add the clear raids on the verge of snow. To remove energetically to obtain a homogeneous miscellany. To place the miscellany in 4 dessert glasses and to refresh until the mousse curdles. To decorate with a mint leaflet and a few redcurrants.
