Ingredients
- 4 pineapples baby of 600 grams
- 2 papayas
- 2 kiwis
- 2 sweet passionflowers
- lemon juice
- sugar
- colors morello cherries

To cut the pineapples longitudinally for the half and to withdraw carefully the pulp. Trocear the pulp, to peel and trocear the papayas and the kiwis, to divide the passionflowers and to take his pulp with help of a spoon. To spray everything with the juice of a lemon and to add sugar. To distribute the miscellany in the empty pineapples and to serve cold. To decorate with the colors morello cherries.
