Ingredients
- 1 melon
- 3 eggs
- 3 spoonfuls of ground almond
- 3 sugar spoonfuls
- a knob of butter
- a cinnamon pinch
|

To peel and trocear the melon. To cook the fruit and, once pretense, to crush it. To beat energetically with the mixer the eggs on the verge of snow with the sugar until they double his volume. To mix the eggs, the cut almond, the cinnamon and the pulp of the melon gently without beating. To place in a buttered mold, to lead to the stove to 200ºC during 40 minutes. Later, to hope that it should cool down and to serve.
