| SHERBET OF PEACH AND RASPBERRY |

Ingredients
- 125 milliliters of natural juice of peach
- 300 milliliters of natural juice of orange
- 50 grams of brown sugar
- 2 spoonfuls of juice of lime
- 300 grams of raspberries.
- 2 water glasses
|

To mix the peach juice with that of orange and the sugar. To clean the raspberries, to liquefy them and to add them to the previous juice. To add finally the lime juice with the water and to remove the whole set. To introduce to the freezer until it begins being candied. It is important to remove the juice from time to time so that the sugar does not stay at the bottom of the receptacle. Once the drink begins being frosty, it is the ideal moment to consume the sherbet. To serve in high glasses or glass of pipe accompanied by straws.
