The most habitual thing is to consume the raw litchi, since it is very easy to peel and this way his properties take advantage to the maximum. It joins to the salads of fruits, juices, batters, fruit salads, pastries and combines well with the rice, meats and fish. Also it is used in ice creams, siropes and it is possible to find it in syrup. Sometimes, it allows to dry off and is consumed like dried fruit (the nutrients concentration multiplies for three, although it gets lost between 20-50 % of vitamin C).
