The cannon is an exotic fruit much quoted on the international markets, known popularly how "fruit covers with stars" or "star fruit".

It belongs to the family of the Oxalidáceas. ORIGIN AND VARIETIES


The cannon is an original and proper fruit of Indonesia and Malaysia. His cultivation has spread to other tropical countries of Asia and America. The principal producing countries nowadays are Thailand, Brazil, Colombia and Bolivia.

CHARACTERISTICS
